According to her, although there has been progress in the reform of the justice system, Albania still has much to do before the gaps that exist in terms of the legislative framework and the implementation of legislation are closed. “Some measures are still on hold and a full assessment of the reform is very difficult because of the lack of specific indicators,” Reding stresses in this exclusive interview for “Gazeta Shqiptare”.
