These are three of the proposals that experts from the National Security and Defense Center have set out in the document titled: Cooperation Project in the Defense Field Albania-Kosovo. This study, published by “Gazeta Shqiptare”, was prepared by Colonel Thimi Hudhra and Lieutenant Colonels Kanan Himaj and Arben Bregu. It suggests militarizing the strategic partnership between the two countries. The National Security and Defense Center is an institution under the Minister of Defense.
