The second meeting is on 19 May By LORENC RABETA The court’s opening of bankruptcy proceedings for the pyramid scheme firm “Sudë” has these days caused a significant influx of requests about the amount of money to be distributed to creditors. According to Mimoza Çibuku, the administrator appointed by the state to oversee the bankruptcy proceedings, only in recent days dozens of creditors have appeared in her office. “The number of creditors is very large and their flow is growing day by day. While at the first meeting only 40 creditors who were aware of the bankruptcy proceedings appeared, at the second meeting, on 19 May, their number will be much larger,” explains Mimoza Çibuku, the bankruptcy administrator. The administrator clarifies that all those creditors who missed the first meeting still have time to take part in the second one, stressing that they will be subject to new procedures. “None of the creditors...
