The list, how the 85 million USD are distributed
Unpaid obligations by the state since 2007. Most of the contracts belong to 2013. So far, 160 million dollars in arrears have been unblocked

The Ministry of Finance has begun publishing all VAT that has not been refunded over the years up to 31 December 2013. On its official website, the ministry has published the list of 445 entities that will be refunded the invoice for Value Added Tax. What stands out in the list of entities is that the largest number of them belongs to last year, while there are also entities to whom the state has been indebted since 2007. The ministry specifies on its website that “the list of entities for the refund of overdue VAT was approved by decision no. 3, dated 18.03.2014 by the Committee on Arrears”. To date, this ministry has unblocked around 160 million dollars in arrears in the public investment, VAT refund and energy sectors.
