In an interview with “Gazeta Shqiptare”, he states that it is impossible for planes to land at the Gjadër base. The former president explains that the whole story seems to him like the tales of Tom Sawyer, where nothing is proven, but many unsubstantiated claims. “I think that so far there is no fact and no argument. I think that so far there are only unsupported claims,” says Moisiu. The accusations about using the Army for drug trafficking were used for the first time during last Thursday’s session in parliament, by former Minister of Defence, Arben Imami.
