INTERVIEW/ “I DON’T WHISTLE, I DON’T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH WHISTLES” Rama: No elections for the PS leader “Parties that hold elections with ‘one member – one vote’ and have a prime minister as their leader do not hold party elections. It makes no sense; Albanians gave us the governing mandate” Prime Minister Edi Rama stated yesterday, in response to the accusations of Socialist MP Ben Blushi, that “I do not whistle at people and I do not have a single second to deal with whistles.” In his interview on journalist Eduard Zaloshnja’s program “Debati Plus” on “Vizion Plus”, the prime minister, in his “exchange” with Blushi, who a few days earlier said that “Rama is without a mandate at the head of the PS and is violating the statute by not holding elections”, said that “parties that hold elections with ‘one member-one vote’ and have a prime minister as leader do not hold elections”. Order has been the battle horse of the opposition. The opposition has claimed that public order is very bad. Minister Tahiri said he sent his subordinates an SMS in which he criticized them for the worsening situation in March. So do you see public order today?
