When asked about the accusations that Socialist MP Ben Blushi has levelled against Edi Rama over the lack of collegiality in the party and the failure to hold elections for the party chairman, Malaj stresses that “the solution to the situation created in the PS, where the statute is its constitution, requires that it not be sidelined, not be dragged out and even less that any debate be ‘suppressed’”. The political legitimacy of PD in Tirana is also linked to regaining the trust and membership of democrats in PD and strengthening its role as a future governing alternative for the entire process during the mandate. By 7 June 2014 the process of membership of the structure of all branches of the County must be completed. 2.
