Today, a meeting is being held in the premises of the Tirana Court with the second group of 133 creditors of “Sudja”. While the first meeting took place last week, there are still 913 creditors who will present their claims in the presence of the administrator and the bankruptcy judge. In total there are 1,043 creditors of the firm “Sudja”, who are waiting to receive their corresponding percentages at the end of the process. According to Mimoza Çibuku, tasked with administering the bankruptcy procedures of this firm, 1,045 creditors have so far been registered, which makes it impossible for them to attend in one single venue.
