Who are the 11 negotiators at risk The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ditmir Bushati, yesterday invited the Prosecutor General, Adriatik Llalla, to open an investigation into the negotiators of the maritime agreement with Greece, which was struck down on 26 January 2010 by the Constitutional Court. Speaking yesterday in a report to the parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, Bushati said that the working group set up by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs had found serious violations in the maritime border delimitation agreement, for which, as he put it, it is suspected that they constitute the criminal offense, implying a breach of the country's territorial sovereignty. “This is a matter that, since it has been struck down in substance and in procedure by the Constitutional Court, deserves to be examined by the Prosecutor General if there are elements of a criminal offense for the signatories of the agreement.
