Described as the “Albanian Casanova”, taking advantage of a reward leave granted by the prison where he is serving a 12-year sentence for violent sexual intercourse with adult women, he is suspected of having committed the same crime again. Tollia, who years ago claimed before the Serious Crimes Court that he had had 370 girlfriends, was denounced two months ago by a 30-year-old woman for committing violent sexual intercourse. In the complaint before the prosecutor's office, the girl said that she had met Arben Tollia through “Facebook” and that he introduced himself as a young man living as an emi- grant abroad, a method he had used before as well.
