The incident was recorded at around 3:30 p.m. yesterday near “Shkolla e Kuqe” in the capital, as the 47-year-old victim was getting into the car he had parked there for several hours. Skeja is believed to have been shot dead at the moment he was getting into his car, an “Audi A4” with license plates AA 363 FM, parked on “Riza Cerova” street. Sources from the blue uniforms say that preliminary investigations and the dynamics of the घटना suggest that two people approached the victim with a vehicle, a black “Golf 3” with Kosovo license plates.
