The state protocol is being violated. The President, the Prime Minister and the Speaker of Parliament are all abroad, which is forbidden by the official ceremonial rules for the highest state authorities. Prime Minister Edi Rama, as he had announced, left yesterday for France, where he will meet today with President François Hollande, to lobby regarding Albania’s obtaining candidate country status. Meanwhile, the president left on Monday for Qatar, where he was received by the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani.
