Free for those who have a disabled family member By LORENC RABETA The director of the Tirana County Directorate of ALUIZNI, Paulin Rajta, explains in a full interview all the stages of the legalization process for informal constructions, from field workers’ measurements to the preparation of the ownership document for residents. The Tirana County Directorate alone has around 50 thousand objects awaiting legalization, which present a large number of problems. Rajta explains that the entire area covered by the directorate has been divided into around one thousand blocks (each made up of 30 to 100 constructions), while field work teams manage to register around 100 constructions every day. The county director also explains the procedures followed for the legalization of constructions as well as the standards that buildings must meet in order to be eligible for legalization.
