According to him, the statements by Greek Foreign Minister Venizelos have been misunderstood. He also clarified other issues, such as toponyms and the Greek side’s oil exploration in the Ionian Sea. Mr. Dervishi, a few days ago, with the closing of the Greek Presidency of the EU, Greek Foreign Minister Venizelos set as a condition the resolution of the maritime pact with Albania for opening negotiations on full EU membership. Can you comment on this? First of all, I want to say that Venizelos’s statement, made at the closing of the Greek Presidency of the European Union, at the ceremony organized for that occasion, has not been properly understood.
