The leader of the Democrats, Lulzim Basha, through a new directive that specifies the procedures for electing the leaderships of the branches aims to strengthen the base just as at the center. Through this directive, which was distributed to two coordinators in the branches two days ago and which “GSH” has in its possession, the duties for setting up a number of departments, specialized and according to local needs, are clarified. Specifically, point three of the directive states: “To decide on the establishment of various departments, organization-human resources, public relations, local government, ...”
