The leader of the democrats, Lulzim Basha, through a new directive that specifies the procedures for electing the branch leaderships, aims to strengthen the grassroots just as at the center. Through this directive, which was distributed to branch coordinators two days ago and which “GSH” has in its possession, the duties for setting up a series of departments are made clear, specified according to local needs as well. Specifically, point three of the directive says: “To decide on the establishment of various departments, organization-human resources, public relations, local government, ...”
