Rudina Seseri: The governor failed, he did not protect the public interest By KLODIANA LALA The Tirana Prosecutor’s Office has signed the summons for the Governor of the Bank of Albania, Ardian Fullani, who is expected to appear to give explanations regarding the scandal involving the theft of the sum of 713 million lekë from the State Treasury in Linzë. The news is confirmed by senior officials in the General Prosecutor’s Office, who say that Governor Fullani has been sent a “summons to appear,” since he is not a suspect or under investigation. Summons to appear has also been signed for all members of the Supervisory Council of the Bank of Albania, the vice chairwoman Elisabeta Gjoni, who is also vice governor of the BoA, as well as the members, Petraq Milo, Dhori Kule, Golemi, Ermelinda Meksi and Ardian Civici.
