The court awarded the owner 15 million euros in compensation for the demolition of the construction; the money is paid by the Albanians.” By VALENTINA MADANI Jamarbër Malltezi, environmental expert and lecturer in territorial planning, denounces the policies being pursued by Prime Minister Edi Rama regarding the territory. Malltezi speaks to “Gazeta Shqiptare” about territorial planning, the demolitions carried out by INUK along the coastline, as well as the decision of the Tirana Municipality in the Lake area. Mr. Malltezi reminds the current prime minister that the coastal area has a development plan based on the best European standards, but that Rama wants to be the prime minister and mayor of every city. Malltezi accuses him, saying: “Even Hitler deceived the Germans and won the elections with 17 million votes, and after 12 years Germany ended up with 7 million Germans killed.” How do you view the government’s action to demolish illegal constructions along the coastline?
