The new law “On Social Insurance”, which comes into force on 1 January 2015, provides for an increase in the benefit for those people who request postponement of the retirement date. This applies to all those who meet the age and years-of-service criteria for an old-age pension, but who ask for the retirement date to be postponed.
According to the new law, every insured person who has met these conditions will receive an additional amount of 0.5 percent of the pension for each month they postpone the retirement date and continue to pay contributions. These people will
