Meanwhile, there is a significant increase in land values in areas with a higher density of informal construction. In an interview with “Gazeta Shqiptare”, the former head of AKKP highlights two deceptive trends of the government. The first is the reduction in land value, which significantly lessens the government’s burden toward former owners for compensation.
