How much you will pay for each sale transaction By LORENC RABETA The reference prices of apartments in the four districts of the north of the country have recorded a slight decline this year compared with 2013. From the comparison of the average values of apartments in the free housing market for 2014, it emerges that prices have remained unchanged in the district of Shkodër, have increased in the city of Lezhë, while they have fallen in Kukës and in Dibër. The average values of housing sales in the free market by district and city are approved every year by the government, according to the values proposed by the National Housing Entity. The values determined each year by the National Housing Entity are taken as a reference for taxing every sale and purchase of real estate.
