The letter from Shkëlqim Hajdari about the October 3 incident: The Prosecutor General wanted to remove me from the head of the prosecutors’ association
What really happened on October 3 at the prosecutors’ meeting, when it was said that in the closed-door room there was a heated debate and 6 days later the head of the Court of Appeals, Shkëlqim Hajdari, was dismissed? “Gazeta Shqiptare” reveals the letter Hajdari sent to President Bujar Nishani, Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Speaker of Parliament, Ilir Meta. In this letter, obtained by “GSH”, Hajdari says that the quarrel at this meeting degenerated into a physical fight, in which, as he claims in the letter, he was punched by Chief Prosecutor Llalla.
