Chief Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla declared yesterday that the killing of 4 people in a nightclub on Elbasan Street happened after a dispute over drugs. Speaking on the “Top Story” program hosted by journalist Sokol Balla, the General Prosecutor said it has been proven that the killer is Kostandin Xhuvani. “We have a current minister of the ‘Rama’ government under investigation. We are in the initial phase of the investigation. If he is found guilty, we will of course arrest him,” Llalla said in the interview.
