Each file found in the archives of the Property Restitution and Compensation Agency now contains the registration date, the names of the expropriated entities as well as those claiming them as property, the areas recognized for restitution and those returned, court decisions and the issues concerning each file. What stands out is that a large number of files have problems, ranging from missing documentation to the absence of an official decision regarding them. “Gazeta Shqiptare” continues today with the publication of 4,300 more files from Tirana disclosed by AKKP, together with the issues concerning each one.
