But the proposal was opposed by LSI MP Spartak Braho. “The military person’s right to oppose unlawful orders must be defined. We ask the military not to post even photos on Facebook, but we must give them the right to oppose unlawful orders. This is a debate that has been opened in all modern armies,” Majko said. “With your proposal we will make a mess of the army. The military person’s right to oppose the orders of a superior would undermine military discipline,” Braho replied.
