The Council of Ministers has doubled the exchange fees for the legalization of unauthorized constructions from 4,000 lek to 8,000 lek per floor built. Through a decision taken in yesterday’s meeting, the Government approved a series of changes to the procedures for legalizing unauthorized constructions, also setting a service fee to be paid within 45 days from the date of written notification to ALUIZNI.
