MALLAKASTER - The Municipal Council of Ballsh has honored Feçor Shehu, the former Interior Minister during the dictatorship. At the proposal of the “Mallakastra” association, this council awarded him the title of “Honorary Citizen”. It is learned that, out of 17 members of the Municipal Council, 9 of them (mostly right-wing) voted “in favor” of the assessment of Feçor Shehu’s figure.
