The procedure for releasing military personnel is clarified. The criteria for promotion and the maximum age for remaining in service The new law on career progression in the Armed Forces, which for the first time lays down in detail the years of service and the age of each member of personnel for promotion in rank, has arrived in Parliament awaiting approval by the parliamentary committees and the plenary session. This law aims to define the criteria for admission to the Armed Forces, the rank structure, advancement in rank and career, the termination of military career, as well as the authorities responsible for career development in the Armed Forces. If you do not advance in rank, according to the law, you are placed in reserve. “GSH” is publishing today the first half of the law on military personnel; the second half will continue tomorrow.
