The leader of the democrats, Lulzim Basha, through a new instruction that specifies the procedures for electing branch leaderships, aims to strengthen the grassroots in the same way as at the center. Through this instruction, which was distributed to coordinators in the branches two days ago and which “GSH” has in its possession, the tasks for establishing a series of departments are made clear, specified according to local needs. Specifically, point three of the instruction states: “To decide on the establishment of various departments, organization-human resources, public relations, local government, ...”
