Rudina Seseri: The governor failed, he did not protect the public interest By KLODIANA LALA The Tirana Prosecutor's Office signs the subpoena for the Governor of the Bank of Albania, Ardian Fullani, who is expected to appear to give explanations about the scandal involving the theft of 713 million lekë from the State Treasury in Linzë. The news is confirmed by senior officials in the General Prosecutor's Office, who said that Governor Fullani has been sent a “summons to appear,” since he is not a suspect or under investigation. A summons to appear was also signed for all members of the Supervisory Council of the Bank of Albania, its chairwoman Elisbeta Gjoni, who is also deputy governor of the BoA, as well as members Petraq Milo, Dhori Kule, Golemi, Ermelinda Meksi and Ardian Civici.
