Ngjela: Two sides guilty By LORENC RABETA The television “News 24” yesterday published several exclusive security-camera recordings from the General Directorate of Taxation (DPT), bringing new facts that Chief Prosecutor Llalla promised to add to the file of the scandal involving the deletion of data from the central server of this institution. The recordings verify the presence of the LSI deputy, Spartak Braho, at the Ministry of Finance adviser Ermal Bejri’s office, on the premises of this institution, a few days before the former head of IT at the DPT was referred to the prosecutor’s office on charges of deleting data from the server. Immediately after the images were published, the prosecutor’s office will officially request from the television “News 24” two film seizures, which are not found in the investigative file. This decision by the capital’s prosecutor’s office was made because the film material is considered capable of assisting the investigation. Continues on pages 2-3
