Law on the decriminalization of Parliament By VALENTINA MADANI The Democratic Party breaks its five-month boycott of Parliament today, after representatives of the two parties agreed to approve a joint resolution that returns the PD deputies to plenary session. The final session of the year will be dominated by the PS-PD pact, which will be formalized as a joint resolution. Taulant Balla and Genc Pollo led the negotiations that at midnight brought the four-point agreement.
