The court compensated the owner with 15 million euros for the demolition of the building, and the Albanians are paying the money.” By VALENTINA MADANI Jamarbër Malltezi, environmental expert and professor of territorial planning, denounces the policies being pursued by Prime Minister Edi Rama regarding the territory. Malltezi speaks to “Gazeta Shqiptare” about territorial planning, the demolitions carried out by INUK along the coastline, as well as the decision of the Tirana Municipality in the Lake area. Mr. Malltezi reminds the current prime minister that the coastal area has a development plan meeting the best European standards, but Rama wants to be the prime minister and mayor of every city. Mr. Malltezi accuses him of the following: “Even Hitler deceived the Germans and won the elections with 17 million votes, and after 12 years Germany ended up with 7 million Germans killed.” How do you view the government’s campaign to demolish unauthorized constructions along the coastline?
