The evaluation of work results is a process that is repeated every year except for 2014. For this year the government makes an excep- tion, specifying that the planning of the assessment of civil servants will not be done in December, but must be completed by April 1. “Exceptionally for 2014, the planning phase according to the provision of letter “A”, point 12, chapter II, of this decision shall be completed within 30 April 2014”. Pro- vides the decision of the Council of Ministers. The evaluation of work results for the civil servant of the execu- tive category, the lower and middle management cate- gories, is carried out jointly by the reporting officer, the counter-signing officer and the authorizing officer.
