The distance for buildings along roads, highways, expressways, interurban roads, main and secondary roads, as well as roads inside neighborhoods, is defined. The mandatory distance for buildings starts from 2 meters up to 60 meters. Based on the distances set in the new Road Code, the fate of constructions along roads throughout the country will also be determined. Objects that violate the prescribed distances risk being demolished. The new Road Code specifies that the distance from the road boundary inside inhabited centers that must be respected in construction...
