The criteria, procedures and documentation that people who have built additions without a permit must meet are defined. The criteria for legalization or exclusion from this process of constructions along roads, as well as the categories of constructions in protected areas that do not qualify for a legalization permit, are defined. The Council of Ministers approved a decision yesterday, which stipulates that unauthorized structures, side or upward additions to a permitted building, which are classified as “informal constructions,” qualify for legalization when they have at least been built
