Changes to the penalties for unauthorized construction are revealed. Those who built up to 20 April 2014 will benefit. Fines and prison sentences are removed

People who built without a permit up to 20 April 2014 will “escape” criminal prosecution if Parliament approves the proposal by the three PD-LSI deputies to grant amnesty to people who built without a permit, including construction under Article 199/a, second paragraph, of the Penal Code. Under the current legal definition, people who built without a permit risk being punished with a fine or up to five years in prison.
