War in the village of Oblikë in Shkodër. The commander of the Rapid Intervention Forces group was killed during an operation to arrest the perpetrator of the shooting of a young man. Simon Gjeta, father of two children, was executed with three bullets to the head by 52-year-old Ruzhdi Aishta, who is said to suffer from mental problems.
