The Tirana Court decided to leave the administrator of “Omega Pharmaes”, Nadir Çausholli, behind bars; he is suspected of being involved in the so-called scandal over drug reimbursement.
The suspect Çausholli told the court that he represents a serious company and that he is not involved in informality, since he has submitted declarations to the tax authorities for every invoice. “You are investigating me for one percent informality, at a time when you know very well what is done with companies,” Çausholli said.
