All persons who have received a legalization permit must submit it to the Real Estate Registration Offices within 10 days from the date it is collected from the ALUIZNI offices. The legalization permit, together with a protocol number provided to the owner, is submitted to the Mortgage Office. The fee for the service set by the Real Estate Registration Office is 5,000 lek, while for each day of delay a late-payment interest of 10% has been set.
