Former persecuted people and their heirs who have not received the money because of missing documentation must complete the file depending on the beneficiary category. More than 2,000 former persecuted people or their legal heirs must complete the documentation according to the category in which they are included, as defined by law. The Ministry of Finance states that every former convict or legal heir who is listed in one of the categories for compensation of former politically persecuted people must provide the required documentation. ...
