Political persecuted persons and heirs of those sentenced by the communist regime who do not submit have three months to complete the file with the documentation required by law. The deadline starts from the publication of the name by the Ministry of Finance as a beneficiary of the installment. If the file is not completed within 90 days, the beneficiary loses the right to compensation and the successor benefits.
