After the entry into force of the law “On social insurance”, which among other things provides for a social pension for those people who do not meet the conditions to receive a full or reduced old-age pension, the Ministry of Social Welfare and Youth has set the criteria, procedures and documentation for obtaining it. This concerns those people who have not contributed to the social insurance scheme or those who have less than 15 years of insured work, while the amount of this pension for 2015 is 6,646 lek per month...
