The Ministry of Justice has proposed the draft amnesty law to the government, and it will very likely be approved within a few days in Parliament. The draft law specifically sets out the categories of beneficiaries. Thus, the amnesty applies to people sentenced to up to 2 years in prison, people given suspended sentences with a fine, or people for whom the court has ordered... On pages 8-9
