The Agency for the Return and Compensation of Property opens procedures for filling out forms for compensation for property occupied by illegal construction. The 410 owners expected to benefit from compensation must fill out the standard form and seven documents at AKKP. The financial bill for compensation for all persons whose land has been occupied by illegal construction reaches a value of 215 million lekë. In the official AKKP announcement it is learned that the beneficiary entity or its representative, with power of attorney, must submit to AKKP...
