The outcome of the 21 June elections has now been decided and the preliminary results have already come out, but as the Minister of Local Government, Bledi Çuçi, explains, there are several procedural deadlines that must be respected. For some of the municipalities in the country, including now the Municipality of Tirana, the Central Election Commission has still not made the decision to declare Erion Veliaj mayor, but there are appeals...
