The mufti of Tirana, Ylli Gurra, was the representative of the Muslim Community of Albania at the tribute ceremony held on Sunday in France. His presence was a coincidence, because the invitation sent on Saturday by the Prime Minister’s Office had been addressed in the name of the head of the Muslim Community of Albania, Skender Bruçaj. But the latter had left that day for a visit to Saudi Arabia, so Gurra was chosen, who also holds the post of chairman of the General Council of the Muslim Community of Albania.
