Registrations for the DV-2017 Lottery Program may be completed electronically at: www.dvlottery.state.gov, between noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4), Thursday, 1 October 2015, and noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-5), Tuesday, 3 November 2015. Do not wait until the last week of the registration period, as high demand may cause website congestion. Paper applications or late applications will not be accepted....
