Here are the penalties, a fine of 500,000 lek for undeclared workers By ORNELA MANJANI Businesses that do not fully pay their tax obligations will face coercive measures, which can go as far as the forced seizure of daily turnover. In Article 11 of the draft law, which has been submitted to Parliament, a new coercive measure for the collection of tax debts is proposed. In point 2 of Article 89 it is specified that if the taxpayer does not exercise the right of appeal and does not pay the tax obligation, the tax administration may collect the tax by using one or more of the methods provided for in this draft.
