At this meeting, Rama said that the events that took place in Paris have nothing to do with the Prophet Muhammad. During this meeting, held in the Maps Hall at the Prime Minister’s Office, Rama said that every Albanian Muslim believer who justifies the massacre against the newspaper “Charlie Hebdo”, the caricatures of the prophet, insults his faith and his prophet. “I have not known any of the leaders, and I am one of many millions of people who joined ‘I am Charlie.’ Anyone who has read it says they were people with a great sense of humor, writers of the pen and of the power of words, and who said that freedom of expression is non-negotiable. Freedom of the press is the boundary that separates democratic civilization from every form of division in the name of ethnicity and religions,” the prime minister emphasized.
